Cancelation Policy

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for any service appointment. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours, there will be a 50% charge of the service. Cancelations within 24 hours or same day cancellations/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service.

Rescheduling

Life happens! You may reschedule once per year with less than a week’s notice as a courtesy. After that, reschedules within one week of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service. If your reschedule also falls inside the cancellation window, the cancellation policy will apply.

Deposits

All texture and extension services require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking which will be used towards your service. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours notice, you will loose your deposit and you must prepay the total amount of the service before booking again.
